Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse while supporting both field technicians and office staff. Specific Job Requirements

We expect every team member to take ownership of their responsibilities and bring consistent effort and attention to detail to the tasks below.

  • Stock kits (PVC totes, PEX trays, and miscellaneous kits)
  • Inspect incoming deliveries for quality, quantity, and accuracy
  • Keep warehouse clean and free of hazards at all times
  • Stock service and installation trucks with required materials
  • Perform physical truck inventories and cycle counts to correct discrepancies
  • Pull technician orders through inventory management software
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing tools, products, materials, and equipment
  • Help inspect physical conditions of warehouse, vehicle fleet, and equipment to identify maintenance, repair, or replacement needs
  • Report damage to tools or stock items to the Warehouse Manager promptly and honestly
  • Provide assistance to other stockroom and warehouse team members
  • Maintain cleanliness of the entire facility to ownership standards
  • Wash, dry, and fold tarps as needed
  • Drive to job sites to deliver parts and equipment to technicians and installers when needed

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license (required for job site deliveries)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a driving and background check.
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have the ability to take initiative and perform duties without being told — a strong work ethic is a must
  • Must possess excellent communication skills with both office and field personnel
  • Must be capable of working independently and responsibly
  • Must have the ability to count accurately and proficiently
  • Must be proficient in typing and navigating multiple software platforms

Working Conditions

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that rewards people who work hard and take pride in a job well done.

  • Typically a 40–45 hour work week; additional hours may be required during busy season
  • 30-minute lunch break, scheduled based on operational needs
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying and extreme temperatures

Educational Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent required

Compensation & Benefits

Starting wage: $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunity for increases
