What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners (appointments provided) to understand their HVAC comfort needs
- Educate and guide customers through equipment options for HVAC—not push, but consult
- Present clear, accurate proposals that instill confidence
- Close sales during the visit using trust, value, and professional expertise
- Follow the proven Gibson’s process to maintain consistent results
- Work closely with install teams to ensure exceptional customer experience

What You Can Earn
This is a high-performance role with uncapped earning potential.
- Year 1: $110k–$150k (training + ramp)
- Year 2+: $150k–$250k (based on performance)
How You’re Paid
For your first 90 days, you'll receive a guaranteed training salary— giving you stability while you ramp up. Commission is also running in the background during this period: if your earned commission exceeds your salary for the first 90 days, the difference is paid to you as a bonus at the end of your 90-day training period.
After 90 days, you move to full commission — where your income is fully in your hands and truly uncapped.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Appointments primarily during weekday business hours
